1.) How much does it cost? We work on commission only. Our clients pay nothing up front and we have no minimums. We take a percentage of sales to cover our costs and you get the rest.

2.) What’s the percentage? Our commission varies based on how much work will be required to get the estate sale ready. We can tell you for sure after a complimentary walk-through.

3.) How long does it take to get my home ready for an estate sale? Our team can usually prepare a sale in about a week. However, our schedule is often booked out for several weeks, so we recommend you contacting us as soon as you know you will need an estate sale.

4.) What do I need to do? Almost nothing! You should have an idea of which items you want to keep, and those items need to be removed in advance of the sale. We handle the rest.

5.) When will I be paid? Quickly! If your estate sale concludes on Saturday, it’s typical for us to meet and pay you on Tuesday. But we can be flexible to accommodate other days or mail a check.
